Ingredients

• Olive oil spray
• 1 pound raw shrimp peeled and deveined
• Salt and pepper
• 2 tablespoons honey
• 1/4 cup Bourbon
• 1/4 cup Grill Side Suburban Sweet Barbeque Sauce

Instructions

1. Once the Gourmet Grillware Sizzle Platter is heated, spray with olive oil.
   
2. Season the shrimp with salt and pepper and cook in platter.
   
3. In a Gourmet Grillware sauce pan, mix the Grill Side sauce, honey and bourbon until combined and warm. Use as a glaze over the shrimp and serve.
