Tailgaters BBQ Party, Oakland, CA

Tailgating together since 1995, what began as a "potluck-style" tailgate party has evolved into what crew chief Kingsford Kirk describes as a "hosting tailgate party." He explains, "we welcome visiting fans from other teams. When they come to Oakland, they party with us. We've had Barrel Man, Joe Cahn, Sergeant Colt... they all hang out with us. We're here to change your image of the Raider Nation." At an average game, Tailgaters Barbecue Party hosts anywhere from 60-100 fans, throwing down 100-150 pounds of meat on their massive custom-made "Grillzilla". Their exceptional grill skills landed them a spot in the Blacktop's Best Invitational at Super Gate '08, where they walked away with the title of Grand Champions!
