Cabbage Radish Slaw Recipe

Ingredients
- 4-5 fresh radishes
- 1/2 fresh jalapeño pepper seeds removed
- 2 tablespoons fresh pre-diced onions
- 6-8 sprigs fresh cilantro
- 1 clove fresh garlic
- 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1 10-oz bag finely-shredded cabbage
Instructions
- Place radishes, jalapeño pepper, onions, cilantro and garlic into food processor; pulse until coarsely chopped. Whisk together, in salad bowl, remaining ingredients (except cabbage) until blended; stir in radish mixture. Add cabbage and toss gently to coat. Chill until ready to serve.
